Colours and shapes

I have no idea who made neither the picture or the plate of food but I love this. I am not sure of what it is, probably a medallion of pork with its reduction, shaved beetroot and berries.

I don't know what attracts me about this photo, I don't think I would want to eat it, there's not much to it. I guess it's probably the mix of colours and the shape it takes on the plate.
